All shipments are based upon stock availability. All in-stock items can be shipped via UPS-Ground or UPS-Next-Day Saver or FedEx-Ground or FedEx-Next-Day Saver. If any shipment is refused, a $25 fee will be charged to your account. Same-day shipping is available on any in-stock item on all orders placed by 4:00pm Central Standard Time, Mon-Fri. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to shipper restrictions. Current published shipping rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii - please call or email for shipping quote. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We do not ship to freight-forwarding companies.
Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC is located in the State of Oklahoma and is only obligated to withhold 8.5% sales tax for delivery within this state. You will not be charged sales tax if you live outside of Indiana.
If an order is placed for any item not in stock, Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC will place the item on backorder and will be shipped when the item becomes available via UPS Ground. A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by contacting us via phone 800-483-4208
