Q1.Where are your cartridges remanufactured?
We remanufacture our cartridges at our own facility in Oklahoma
and partnering manufacturers.

Q2.Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Warehouse and partnering manufacturers.

Q3. Do you have an empty cartridge recycling program?
In an effort to keep costs and prices as low as possible, we normally purchase “virgin” empty OEM cartridges by the pallet quantity. Many used cartridges do not have enough value to cover the cost of shipping small quantities. Contact us if you a large quantity available. We normally advise our customers with small quantities to bring the empties to Office Depot or Staples for store credit.

Q4. Are your laser toners REMANUFACTURED or COMPATIBLE?
Our cartridges are remanufactured from virgin OEM cartridges at our facility. They are NOT compatibles.

Q5. How are your cartridges remanufactured?
Our cartridges are not just “re-filled” cartridges. Each cartridge is completely dis-assembled. All components are inspected, separated, cleaned, and replaced as necessary. All Mag rollers are tested using the LT-777 testing machine and replaced as necessary. The cartridge is filled with new toner to original specifications. All cartridges are fully tested on OEM equipment.

Q6. What does OEM stand for?
OEM is "Original Equipment Manufacturer". OEM cartridge refers to the cartridge bearing the same brand name of the printer, such as Canon, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark. OEM does not mean compatible.

Q7. What is your Warranty?
Oklahoma Toner Company L.L.C. warrants their remanufactured toner cartridges for 1 year on our “Premium Products” and 6 months on our “Generic Products” to be free from defects in material and workmanship during their useful lifetime. If a defect is found, our entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option, free replacement or a full refund. This warranty does not apply to cartridges that are empty as a result of normal use or damaged due to abnormal use, misuse, neglect or accident. We will send out replacement products with a UPS label to return the defective items.

Q8. What is your return and defect rate?
We have a 3 to 4 % return rate. With shipping and purchase order issues taken into account, we have only a 1 to 2 % defect rate.

Q9. Which is better? OEM Drum or New Drum?
In our opinion, new drum is better.

Q10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please contact us for a Credit Card Authorization form. You may also contact us for a Credit Application if you wish to obtain Net Terms.

Q11. Do you ship internationally? 

No!
We ship to the continental 48 states & Alaska, plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Q12. What is your privacy policy?
We respect your privacy and the security of your data. We do not sell or loan ANY of your information to anyone or any company.

Q14. Will using a remanufactured toner cartridge void my printer’s warranty?
No, according to all printer manufacturers, using a replacement toner or ink cartridge will not affect coverage under the printer’s warranty. This especially goes for those who purchase extended warranties with their local retailer. This is proven by the following US Congress Legislation.

MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT:
 
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act United States Code Annotated Title 15 Commerce and trade Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties 15 Section 2303.
 
No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer’s using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade, or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subjection may be waived by the commission if:
 
The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and The Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.
 
This means that the printer manufacturers cannot void the warranty on your printer because you use supplies and products manufactured by a third party manufacturer.
 
We will replace a printer or have it fixed should any problems occur from using any of our premium cartridges. We guarantee our products from any faults and we have not had a single case of a printer being damaged by a cartridge sold by us.

Q15. How long have you been in business?
We have been in the toner industry since 1991. Oklahoma Toner Company LLC
has been in existence since 2007 under the trade name of “Toner There Tomorrow”. Filed for Limited Liability Corporation in October of 2008.

Q16. Do you use pulverized or chemical toner in your color cartridges?
We use chemical toner.

Q17. Do you have any handling or hidden charges?
No. All orders large or small cost only $4.95. We do not make money on
shipping or handling.

Q18. Do you have a re-stocking fee for non-defective returns?
Within the first 30 days, unused cartridges may be returned without a re-stocking fee. Orders older than 30 days must be approved my management for return.

Q19. How quickly do you process defective returns for RMA’s?
If product is in stock, replacement cartridges are sent out the same or following day along with a return label for the defective cartridge. Returned products are processed daily by the Receiving Dept. Cartridges are inspected and the daily report is sent to Accounting. Credits are normally available within 1 week of the cartridge return.

Q20. Who pays for shipping to return defective cartridges?
We'll supply a return label. Repack the cartridge in the same packaging it came in and apply the return label and drop it off at any UPS store.

Q21. Where do your cartridges come from?
We remanufacture all of our cartridges from used/empty OEM cartridges.

Q22. Do you use “seals” on your cartridges?
Yes. Our cartridges are completely disassembled. All cartridges requiring seals have seals.

Q23. Does your company sell retail or only wholesale to resellers?
We sell both ways, Retail & Wholesale.
