to the manufacturer if it is after 30 days of invoice date . Manufacturer's
warranties vary by product. Manufacturer information is subject to change
Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC warranties its remanufactured products for 2
Years from the date of invoice.
Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during
shipping. The shipping carrier is responsible for such damage.
Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC will not issue an RMA number for products
damaged during shipping. Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC will, however, place a new order
for you while the carrier is processing your damage claim.
If you ordered a product from Oklahoma Toner Co. LLC which needs
returned or exchanged, you must get an RMA#. You can get an RMA# by telephone,
email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, order number
and reasons for the return.
We will process your request as soon as we receive it and supply you with an
RMA# so you may send in your product.
